About Southwest Commercial Brokerage

Bob Beardsley is the Managing Partner of Southwest Commercial Brokerage, LLC. Bob is a fourth generation Phoenician whose family has been in the valley commercial real estate business sine 1887. After nearly 13 years with Colliers International and a brief period with Cushman & Wakefield, in 1999 Bob started Southwest Commercial Brokerage.

Since inception, the company has grown year after year. The secret to success, "we have the greatest clients in the market" says Bob. Developing a relationship with clients is not just a saying at Southwest Commercial Brokerage, it's the whole reason business exists.

"I am pleased that today we still handle the commercial real estate transactions of clients whose doors I knocked on during my first day cold calling in the business."

Community and Industry Involvement

Southwest Commercial Brokerage remains actively involved in their industry through daily activities as well as membership in the Arizona Commercial Brokers Association and the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties.
